1. Download our accelerator program
http://www.xplore-va.com/accelerator315.zip
2. Unzip the folder to a destination that will be easy to find, (desktop, my documents etc.).
3. Find program file named accelerator5.0.exe, double click the file and follow the prompts.
5. RESTART COMPUTER AFTER INSTAL.
(Go to setting up the Xplore dialer)

..........Setting up Dialup Service (All Customers)


1. Download the Xplore Dialer by clicking here-->http://www.xplore-va.com/IAccess.zip
2. Once again you will be prompted to save the folder. Find the program file IAccess.exe and double click on it.
3. A menu will appear, choose setup dialup account.
4. A box will appear and ask you, do you want to install Internet service? Choose yes.
5. A service agreement will appear which you must agree to in order to continue with our service.
6. The process will take about 60 second. Once the installation is complete the new dialer will appear.
· Type username (all lower case)
· Type password - click save password
· Click on properties at the bottom of dialer.
· Click on phone book - choose a local number for your area (Xplore Solutions LLC is not responsible for any long distance or toll charges you may incur).

Make sure the telephone cable is connected from the wall jack to the modem on the back of your computer in the slot labeled line.

**Once online accelerator5.0 will sync with our servers, it will require a username and password. Username will be your username followed by @xplore-va.com then your password (example: username@xplore-va.com)

Email Configuration:

1) First open the Outlook Express software, then select the "Tools" menu then "Accounts".
2) Click the "Add" button and select "Mail".
3) Under "Display Name" type in your name.
4) Click the "Next" button.
5) Select "use an already existing email address".
6) In "Email Address" type in your email address, example - yourname@xplore-va.com.
7) Click the "Next" button.

Setting up the Mail Server Information:

1) In "My Incoming Mail Server", select "POP3".
2) Type mail.xplore-va.com in the Incoming Mail POP Server.
3) Type smtp.xplore-va.com in the Outgoing Mail SMTP Server.
4) Click the "Next" button.
5) User name - type in your user name (will be your e-mail address ie yourname@xplore-va.com) .
6) Password - type in your email account password.
7) Click the "Next" button.
8) Click "finished" (There is more to it, continue to 9)
9) *Select the account you just created and click "Properties"
10) In the "General" tab, In the Mail Account box (Type the name by which you'd like to refer to these servers), just enter your e-mail address.
11) In the "Servers" tab, under Outgoing Mail Server, check the box "My Server Requires Authenication".
12) Select "Log on using" and the enter your internet dialup account username (ie name@123dial.com) and password. Do not enter your email address and password here!
13) The rest of the tabs should be OK (if setting up Outlook, under connection tab, select "Connect using Internet Explorer...)
14)Click "OK" and "Close"

Email: email address will be the same as username followed by @xplore-va.com (jsmith@xplore-va.com) your password will be the same as your login password. Email can be checked at www.xplore-va.com, choose Web Mail from the top of the page. For faster connection to Web Mail choose simple any browser next to Interface before logging in.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation of Internet Service must be received in writing (not emailed) 10 days before your next bill is due. Cancellation request not received in the specified time frame will be processed the next billing period and you will be responsible for that months Internet service fee. Xplore Solutions LLC does not issue refunds for service that is canceled early. Any customer that is suspended for non-payment will continue to incur monthly charges for Internet service as well as late fees until cancellation notice is received in our office at 70 S. Main St suite 101, Rocky Mount, VA. 24151. We reserve the right to make changes to our policy, without notice, at any time.

Xplore Solutions LLC only supports your Internet Service and email. We do not support third part email programs such as Outlook, Outlook Express or Eudora. You go online at your own risk and are responsible for any damage by a virus, hacker or any harmful scripts, which you may come in contact with. We are not responsible for any content that you may come in contact with. We do advise if you have children using the Internet that you purchase a content filter to protect them against illicit, obscene and other object able material. We do not support any hardware on your computer nor are we responsible for the upkeep or maintenance of your computer. While we do offer free virus protection for your email it is not intended to replace your local virus protection and we advice our customers to keep virus protection on your computer and up to date at all times.
